    Clear Audio

512 Audio has debuted two microphones: Limelight and Skylight. Limelight (pictured) is a dynamic vocal XLR mic for close-range, talk-focused podcasts, broadcasts or livestreams. The combination of a modern circuit and professional dynamic capsule produces smooth, clear audio. Limelight’s hypercardioid pattern creates a hyper-focused pickup field to capture voice and cut out ambient noise. Skylight is a large-diaphragm condenser XLR microphone featuring a 34mm gold-plated capsule engineered with voice-tailored frequency response to capture speech and singing vocals. With a fixed cardioid pickup pattern, Skylight records the voice in front of the mic and reduces ambient room noise.

    Low-Volume Heads

Rtom has launched its LV Mesh Heads, which replace existing acoustic drumheads for low-volume drumming. LV Mesh Heads feature a sound patch at the center of the head, which enhances the realism of the response and provides a more audible attack. LV Mesh Heads are a good option for drummers on a budget who want to outfit their entire kit with a low-volume practice solution.
