Instead of receiving gifts at his 82nd birthday party, James Moody will be giving to others.

New York’s B.B. King Blues Club and Grill, 237 W. 42nd St., will host a March 23 concert in honor of Moody that will help raise money for young jazz musicians.

The concert will feature the likes of Paquito D’Rivera, Roberta Gambarini, Roy Hargrove, John Lee, Renee Rosnes, Jon Faddis and more.

Tickets are $100 per person and include birthday cake and a toast to Moody.
