Guitarist Bill Frisell will debut his new “Musical Portraits From Herber Spring: Bill Frisell’s Disfarmer Project” at the Wexner Center For The Arts, 1871 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio, on March 3.

Frisell’s new project is a musical tribute to photographer Mike Disfarmer, who shot numerous pictures of the citizens of Heber Springs, Ark., during the 1940s. The group will also include violinist Jenny Scheinman and lap steel guitarist Greg Leisz.
