Blue Note Fest Takes it Indoors

Blue Note Records Festival and Muziekcentrum De Bijloke Gent are presenting Blue Note Records Festival Indoor for the first time. The fest will take place Feb. 28 and March 2 at Muziekcentrum De Bijloke Gent in Belgium.

Artists scheduled to perform include Gianluca Petrella and his Indigo 4 project, Cecil Taylor, Stefano di Battista and Baptiste Trotigno, Steve Kuhn Trio and Sheila Jordan.

The indoor festival will give the innovative acoustic projects and more free forms of jazz a dedicated platform. On both dates there will be two daily sessions in the large concert hall of De Bijloke. In between those show times, performances are programmed to take place in the smaller concert rooms.
