Gallery Exhibits Work of Herman Leonard

“Jazz Giants,” the fine art music photography of Herman Leonard, will be on display at the Morrison Hotel Gallery in New York starting May 10. Leonard’s work traverses the golden years of jazz, blues and bebop, documenting the legends that comprise the visual album of America’s music.

Focusing on the life and times of artists such as Billie Holiday, Duke Ellington and Thelonious Monk, this exhibition features a selection from Leonard’s photographic history.

The free exhibition runs through June 1.
