Hill, Horn, McBride, Potter Set for 2018-’19 University of Chicago Presents Series

The University of Chicago Presents series marks its 75th season with a mixture of classical, new music and jazz programming.

The jazz series is set to include Chicago Stage at the Logan, a spate of free shows by local performers that precede ticketed events. In addition to the shows listed below, performances by Yarn/Wire, Rahim AlHaj and others round out the season.

Nov. 2: Christian McBride New Jawn
Nov. 30: Jazzmeia Horn
Feb. 15: Marquis Hill Blacktet
April 5: The Cookers
May 17: Chris Potter Underground Orchestra (with a free listening session on May 16)
