British Singer To Make New York Debut

Acclaimed British vocalist Claire Martin will make her New York City debut this month with a residency at the Oak Room at the Algonquin Hotel.

Martin, who has won five Best Vocalist honors at the BBC Jazz Awards, will perform from June 26-July 7, Tuesdays-Saturdays at the Manhattan venue. She will showcase cuts from her new album, He Never Mentioned Love (Linn).
