Peter Brotzmann’s Chicago Tentet will be touring North America in May. The lineup for this explosive collaboration on this tour will be Brotzmann, Ken Vandermark and Mats Gustafsson on reeds, Joe McPhee on brass, Magnus Broo on trumpet, Per Ake Holmlander on tuba, Kent Kessler on bass, Fred Lonberg-Holm on cell, and Paal Nilssen-Love and Michael Zerang on drums.
Confirmed dates for the tour so far are as follows:
May 6-7: Buffalo, N.Y., Buffalo & Erie County Historical Society
May 11: Lexington, Ken., Downtown Arts Center
May 13: Athens, Ga., 40 Watt Club
