Pianist Ramsey Lewis, a Grammy winner and NEA Jazz Master fellowship recipient, will live stream a concert from his Chicago home at 1 p.m. CST Saturday. Information about purchasing $20 tickets for the online event, which is a fundraiser, is posted on Lewis’ website. Viewers will need to have Zoom installed on their computer, as well as a PayPal account.

In addition to performing songs, Lewis—who has retired from touring—plans to share anecdotes about his career.

A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund. The Recording Academy and its affiliated charitable foundation, MusiCares, established the COVID-19 Relief Fund to help those in the music community affected by the coronavirus pandemic. DB
