Madeleine Peyroux Finishes Disc, Hits The Road

Madeleine Peyroux has recently completed recording an as-yet-untitled disc, which is set for a Sept. 12 release on Rounder. Larry Klein, who worked with Peyroux on her big selling Carless Love, produced the upcoming album.

The singer is also embarking on a major summer tour that will bring her to Ravinia’s Jazz in June in Highland Park, Ill. (June 17), the Tower Music Festival in London (July 11) and Newport Folk Festival in Newport, R.I. (Aug. 6).
