Millenial Territory Orchestra To Perform Live Film Score

The Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art in North Adams, Mass., has commissioned Steven Bernstein’s Millenial Territory Orchestra to perform live scores to two films, both starring early 20th-century comedy duo Laurel & Hardy.

The event is part of MASS MoCA’s film and live music series. It will take place Aug. 18 at an outdoor movie screen on the museum’s 13-acre campus. The evening’s program will include Double Whoopee and Wrong Again, both accompanied by Bernstein’s original scores.

Tickets are $14 in advance, $18 day of show. MASS MoCA members receive a 10 percent discount. Tickets are available through the MASS MoCA Box Office located off Marshall Street in North Adams, by phone at (413) 662-2111 or online at massmoca.org.
