PAETEC Jazz Festival Opens Tonight

  I

The first PAETEC Jazz Festival in Baltimore kicks off tonight and runs through Saturday.

The three-day festival will present headliners B.B. King and his Blues Fest with Al Green and Little Richard (recently added to replace Etta James, who is suffering from illness), Boney James and Jonathan Butler, and Earth Wind & Fire. Twenty free concerts round out the program that covers a range of musical expression from acoustic modern jazz, blues and fusion, to Latin and big band.

The festival will be held in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor at five venues, all within walking distance—Pier Six Concert Pavilion, Power Plant Live! Plaza, Bond Street Wharf Landing, Harbor Pointe and Ram’s Head Live!.
