Albert King To Receive Chicago Tribute

Blues guitarist Albert King will be the subject of a memorial tribute to be held at Chicago’s Cadillac Palace Theater, 151 W. Randolph St., on Feb. 17. Among the featured performers will be King’s label-mate at Stax, Sir Mack Rice, who wrote such r&b hits as “Mustang Sally” and “Respect Yourself.” The event is part of the city’s Winter Delights celebration.
