Don Byron To Open Kaufman’s No Minimum Series

Don Byron will open the No Minimum series at New York’s Merkin Concert Hall at Kaufman Center on Jan. 22, 2007. The clarinetist will perform duets with pianists Ursula Oppens and Kenny Barron. A following No Minimum concert includes pianist Vijay Iyer with Rudresh Mahanthappa, Suphala and Amina Claudine Myers on March 19.

Merkin Concert Hall is located at 129 W. 67th St. in Manhattan.
