Joe Zawinul Releases Brown Street This Month

Joe Zawinul will release his latest disc, Brown Street (Heads Up), on Feb. 27.

This two-disc set features the Austrian-born keyboardist and the 15-piece WDR Big Band in a live performance that was recorded in Oct. 2005 at his Birdland Club in Vienna. The set list included renditions of “Black Market,” “Night Passage” and “A Remark You Made.”
