Singer Carol Welsman Signs To Justin Time Records

Singer Carol Welsman, a Toronto native living in Los Angeles, has signed to Justin Time Records. She is returning to Canada to record her new disc with producer Jimmy Haslip. The currently untitled recording is due for a summer release.

“I’ve wanted to sign Carol for quite a long time,” said Justin Time president Jim West. “In addition to being great to work with, she’s an artist who has it all: talent, charisma, energy, you name it.”
