Alliance Awards O’Farrill

The Alliance of New York State Arts Organizations will honor pianist Arturo O’Farrill for his dedication to the arts, education and community service. The alliance will present five awards Nov. 14 for outstanding leadership and advocacy of the arts in New York State to arts leaders. The program will also include a performance by O’Farrill and vocalist Jimmy James.

Other honorees include Christo and Jeanne Claude, Bebe Neuwirth, performance venue Symphony Space and the Preservation League of New York State.
