Drummers Billy Martin and Calvin Weston to Tour Northeast

Drummer Billy Martin, of Medeski Martin & Wood, will be touring the northeast U.S. with drummer Calvin Weston (Ornette Coleman/Lounge Lizards/Marc Ribot) as a duet. Calvin and Martin have been playing together for 20 years.

Tour dates include:

Dec.3: Maxwells, Hoboken, N.J.
Dec.4: Johnny Brenda’s, Philadelphia
Dec.6: The Stone Church, Newmarket, N.H.
Dec.7: Cambridge YMCA Theater, Cambridge, Mass.
Dec.8: Riverspace, Nyack, N.Y.
Dec.21: Issue Project Room (special guest: author, Paul Auster) Brooklyn, N.Y.
