Singer/songwriter Jamie Cullum has confirmed additional June and July dates to his North American tour.
Cullum will perform at the Playboy Jazz Festival in Hollywood, Calif. on June 17; Paramount Theater in Oakland, Calif., on June 18; Britt Pavilion in Jacksonville, Ore., on June 20; Aspen Jazz Festival in Aspen, Colo., on June 22; Freihofer’s Jazz Festival in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., on June 24; House of Blues in Atlantic City, N.J., on June 25; Calvin Theater in Northampton, Mass., on June 27; Capitol Center For The Arts in Concord, N.H., on June 28; Westhampton Beach PAC in Westhampton Beach, N.Y., on June 30; Foxwoods Casino in Mashantucket, Conn., on July 1 and Ottawa International Jazz Festival in Ottawa, Ontario, on July 2.
“Cerebral and academic thought is a different way to approach music,” Flea says of his continuing dive into jazz. “I’ve always relied on emotion and intuition and physicality.”
