Maryland’s Capital Jazz Fest Set For June

The 17th annual Capital Jazz Fest will bring jazz and r&b stars together at the Merriweather Post Pavillion in Columbia, Md., June 5–7.

The lineup includes George Duke, Al Jarreau, Kirk Whalum, Stanley Clarke, Peabo Bryson and Angie Stone. Along with performances, the event will also include the “Capital Jazz Challenge” at the Hilton Columbia Hotel. The winner will receive $5,000 and a performance slot at the festival.
