Merit School of Music in Chicago appointed Troy Anderson as dean of programs and Timothy Riordan and Shalisa Kline Ugaz as co-artistic directors. These three individuals will lead a team of more than 100 Chicago-area artists and educators at the school in providing music instruction to more than 6,000 Chicagoland children each year.
