Bassist Michael Blanco has released his new In The Morning (Fresh Sound New Talent). The disc features 10 original compositions and his band includes pianist Aaron Goldberg, tenor saxophonist Rich Perry, alto saxophonist Rob Wilkerson, trombonist Alan Ferber and drummer Bill Campbell.
Blanco has worked alongside Fred Hersch, Doc Cheatham and Drew Gress.
