The Rosslyn Jazz Festival has announced the lineup for this year’s event, to take place near Washington, D.C., in Arlington, Va. The Sept. 8 festival will feature performances from violinist Regina Carter, vocalist Kevin Mahogany, vibraphonist Bobby Hutcherson and saxman Red Holloway. Goodwin was one of the most acclaimed, successful and influential jazz musicians of his generation.
