The Rosslyn Jazz Festival has announced the lineup for this year’s event, to take place near Washington, D.C., in Arlington, Va. The Sept. 8 festival will feature performances from violinist Regina Carter, vocalist Kevin Mahogany, vibraphonist Bobby Hutcherson and saxman Red Holloway.
