Galactic will embark on a six-week North American tour next month, with a host of hip-hop MCs joining them for the ride.
The New Orleans funk outfit will perform in support of its latest album From The Corner To The Block (Anti-). The Coup’s Boots Riley and hip-hop trio Lifesavas will accompany the band for the length of the tour, along with rapper Mr. Lif starting on Halloween.

Hammond came to the blues through the folk boom of the late 1950s and early 1960s, which he experienced firsthand in New York’s Greenwich Village.
