Rochester Jazz Fest Attendance Rises 51%

Rochester International Jazz Festival officials today announced record-setting attendance figures for the 2007 Festival, held in Rochester, N.Y. Attendance soared to 121,000, a 51% increase over 2006. This represents the largest single-year attendance jump in the festival’s history.

  The Festival’s sixth edition was held June 8-16, with more than 600 artists from 15 countries performing in 220 concerts.
