Telarc to Release Yarbrough Debut Album

Telarc will release vocalist Raya Yarbrough’s self-titled debut Feb. 26. Produced by guitarist Steve Bartek, the album combines jazz and pop influences.

”I don’t choose to identify solely with jazz or solely with pop. While jazz may be my root, both genres are me,” Yarbrough said.

She recorded a demo a few years ago that was never released due to the label going bankrupt.
