Cleveland’s 28th annual Tri-C JazzFest will be held from April 19–29 and will feature performances from Tony Bennett, Frank Morgan and Hank Jones. Other musicians include Joe Lovano, Lewis Nash, Kenny Barron and Winard Harper.
Along with concerts, the festival will include clinics, workshops and other educational programs.
