Moog Music has launched the Moog Music Geddy Lee Minimoog Model D, a collaboration that pays homage to the iconic progressive rock musician. It combines the analog sound of the original Minimoog Model D with several updates, including a custom Satin Red finish with metallic flecks personally approved by Lee, a custom Starman Badge on the front and a sticker on the rear of the Rush “starman” logo. A collector’s piece, the Geddy Lee Minimoog Model D honors Lee’s impact on rock as the bassist, vocalist and synth pioneer for Rush.
