Sontronics has released the Aria 2, a redesigned valve condenser microphone for vocals, voiceover and acoustic instruments. The new model builds on the legacy of the original Aria. At the heart of Aria 2 is a new large-diaphragm capsule, developed in-house to deliver a smoother, more open sound with balanced mids and detailed high frequencies. This new capsule captures vocals and instruments with clarity and warmth, making it ideal for studio use. The upgraded internal circuitry has been tuned for higher polarization voltage, resulting in greater sensitivity, lower self-noise and a cleaner, more dynamic signal straight out of the box.
