DW Drums has launched DWe, a wireless, acoustic-electronic convertible drum set. Mounted within the shells are DWe’s new proprietary electronic drum triggers featuring innovative wireless technology with no latency. DWe drums are ready to play straight out of the box with no wires or cables required and are available in a choice of finishes. The DWe set uses a wireless trigger solution that enables up to five zones and up to 18 dynamic layers per drum, giving a natural range of dynamics for playing.
D’Addario is honoring the legacy of the Beatles with a 55th anniversary collection of Yellow Submarine-branded gear. The limited-edition collection includes straps, picks and drumheads adorned with artwork from the film. Each of the product lines comes in three options: Under the Sea, Primrose Prairie and Pepperland Woods. All of the new Yellow Submarine products have a special Beatles flare. The collection includes 15 medium-gauge celluloid picks in a collectible tin, and vegan-friendly straps made of 2-inch printed polyester and strong vegan ends (also available in a vegan leather option).
