Gibson has brought back the ES Supreme with a refreshed feature set. The new ES model builds on the versatility of the company’s historic ES-335 and adds AAA-grade figured maple tops, Super Split Block mother-of-pearl neck inlays and push/pull volume controls for coil tapping. The guitar is offered in three finishes: Bourbon Burst, Blueberry Burst and Seafoam Green.
Black Swamp Percussion has launched a new line headless tambourines featuring the same components and materials used in its orchestral tambourine models. A solid ash shell is available in single- or double-row options, and modifications to Black Swamp’s standard shell depth reduce weight and increase maneuverability. Four distinct jingle configurations are available: Chromium 25, German Silver, Aged Brass and a Chromium 25/Phosphor Bronze combination. Each model also includes a permanent rubber guard to protect the shell when playing with a stick and protect performer’s hands when playing.
