    Easy Modification

Remo has introduced the Adjustable Bass Drum Dampener, designed in conjunction with Dave Weckl. The device attaches to the bass drum’s rim and lets players modify the feel and tone of the instrument with ease. Due to its unique design, the dampener won’t interfere with tuning, and it won’t come into contact with the bass drum pedal. The Adjustable Bass Drum Dampener can be used on the batter or resonant heads of any size bass drum.

    Best Foot Forward

The Effigy Control Pedal is a foot-activated MIDI controller for keyboardists. It provides a viable replacement for controls (such as pitch bend and expression wheel) that usually require a player to interrupt left-hand play to operate. The pedal can produce any MIDI output desired by the user and send simultaneous MIDI messages to one or more devices independently.

    Parlor Hybrid

Yamaha’s CSF-TA adds the company’s TransAcoustic technology to its premium line of parlor guitars. It incorporates an actuator installed on the inner surface of the guitar back. When the CSF-TA’s strings are played, the actuator conveys sound vibrations to the guitar body and the air inside and around the instrument. This generates authentic reverb and chorus effects from inside the guitar without needing any external amplification or effects.
