Fender has announced a new generation of Fender Audio products. Available on the Fender website, Fender Audio’s three-part collection includes true-wireless stereo earphones, professional in-ear monitors and Bluetooth speakers. Designed as user- and audio-friendly systems, the Fender Audio collection includes the Tour series earphones (Tour, Tour Lite and Tour Pro models) with clean, strong bass for rich live sound; the Producer series professional in-ear monitors (Track, Mic and mix Pro models), offering dynamic and resonant in-studio sound; and the Classic series of portable speakers (Newport 2 and Indio 2 models), capable of creating powerful, wide stereo soundstages.
D’Addario has entered into a joint-venture with EarLab’s dBud Earplugs, maker of premium hearing protection for musicians, to release a new and improved design of the product. dBud Earplugs provide musicians and listeners with comprehensive hearing protection without compromising sonic quality. The new dBuds’ acoustic filtering system and volume slider let the user reduce the volume by either 11dB or 24dB. Each set of earplugs comes with two dBud ear filters, five pairs of reusable silicone inserts, two magnets so the pair can link together and a lanyard to hold the assembly around the end-user’s neck when not in use.
