Latin Percussion has added to its collection of world percussion instruments with a new range of frame drums that include the Tar and Bendir. Based on some of the most ancient musical instruments, the Tar and Bendir Frame Drums have been designed to honor the traditional instruments of North Africa and the Middle East. The frame drums are tunable, offered in diameters of 14, 16, 18 and 20 inches and finished in Black Fade. Each features rounded thumb slots with through-shell tuning systems. The synthetic head provides long-lasting pitch stability.
Mission Engineering has created an EarthQuaker Devices Expression Pedal, the EQD-1. The pedal has selectable outputs to work with all EarthQuaker Devices, as well as many non-EarthQuaker pedals. The 25K output can be used with many other brands of effects pedals, MIDI controllers and keyboards.
