JodyJazz now offers Band Director Section Kits for the company’s JodyJazz and Rousseau mouthpiece ranges. The Band Director Section Kits offer specially selected sets of mouthpieces that are designed to help band directors to take their saxophone sections to the next level. The Band Director Section Kits feature mouthpieces from JodyJazz’s HR* Series and are available in basic and advanced configurations. The basic kit consists of HR* Alto 5M and 6M, HR* Tenor 5* and 6*, and HR* Baritone 6. The advanced kit consists of HR* Alto 6M and 7M, HR* Tenor 6* and 7*, and HR* Baritone 7, which have larger tip openings for stronger players. The Rousseau Band Director Section Kit features mouthpieces from the Rousseau Classic R Series, which offer a warm sound with great response and control. The kit consists of two Classic R Alto 4Rs, two Classic R Tenor 4Rs and one Classic R Baritone 5R. The specially selected mouthpieces will result in a more homogenous saxophone section that blends well with the ensemble.
Warm Audio has added the WA-14SP, a sequential stereo set of the WA-14 mic, which is an authentic recreation of the rare “EB-circuit” 414-style microphone.
