Fender has released the 60th Anniversary Jaguar Limited Edition Collection honoring the 60-year history of Jaguar. Named after the British sports car, the Jaguar had the most elaborate electronics of any Fender instrument. Its dual circuits were as complex as they were sonically diverse. Key features of the 60th Anniversary Jaguar include an offset-waist body; elegant bound rosewood fingerboard inlaid with pearloid block position markets and matching painted headstock; an alder body with nitrocellulose lacquer finish; and an engraved neck plate with a 60th anniversary logo. The guitar is available in Mystic Dakota Red and Mystic Lake Placid Blue colors. In addition to the 60th Anniversary Jaguar, the 60th Anniversary American Ultra Luxe Jaguar is also now available and features an ultra luxe augmented D neck with a 25.5-inch scale and a tapered neck heel allowing for easy access to the highest register.
