Kawai has added two new digital pianos, the CA401 and CA501, making a total of four models in the Concert Artist series lineup. These new models boast substantial upgrades over the previous models, the CA49 and CA59. They have been upgraded to include the new Competition Grand piano sample, which is recorded from the pianist’s perspective, providing a cleaner, crisper, more authentic concert grand experience. In addition, both models now boast Bluetooth MIDI V5 and Bluetooth audio V5. As in previous models, both new models utilize Kawai’s Grand Feel-Compact wooden key action with ivory touch key surfaces for authentic feel.
Ludwig’s Neusonic series has been completely upgraded. Designed for the high-velocity working drummer, Neusonic offers unrivaled tone, upgraded premium drum finishes and lightweight portability. Neusonic now features an updated shell construction, new Rapid Tom sizes and new finishes. The shell is a seven-ply crossover design made up of a four-ply maple exterior and a three-ply cherry interior measuring 5.5mm thick — a design that produces full-range tuning and optimum sustain.
